Nora M. Glianna, age 100, of Katy, Texas died Thursday, February 20, 2020. Nora was born October 23, 1919 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late Frank and the late Grace (Silvestri) Alfieri. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Sebastian Glianna. She was employed in Jamaica, New York as a legal secretary. She is survived by her two loving children, daughter, Marianne Nery of Katy, Texas and son, Sebastian Glianna of York Town Heights, New York. She also has three cherished grandchildren. Celebration of the Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday, March 2, 2020 at St. Mark's RC Church, 105 Randall Road, Shoreham, New York. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Visiting hours will be Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
