Rafael A. DeOliveira, age 54, of Sound Beach, New York died Sunday, March 15, 2020. Rafael was born March 16, 1965 in Venezuela. He is the cherished son of Flor (Torrelba) Oliveira and the late Antonio Oliveira. He was employed by Lindy Taxi, Mt. Sinai, New York as a Dispatcher. He is survived by one loving daughter, Christina DeOliveira and his dear brother Hilario (Charlene) DeOliveira of Sound Beach, New York. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2020 for a closing prayer. Burial with religious service will follow in Seaview Cemetery, Mount Sinai, New York on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
