Vincent J. Sorrentino, age 82, of Ridge, New York died Thursday, March 26, 2020. Vincent was born August 4, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Alfonso and the late Josephine (Guida) Sorrentino. He was a proud veteran who served in the Army from 1960 to 1962. He was a retired Police Sergeant in the NYPD, Brooklyn, New York. He is survived by his beloved wife, Katherine (Berezowski) Sorrentino,and two loving children, Jana (Robert) Alfarone of Merrick, New York and Vincent Sorrentino of Nesconset, New York. He is also survived by seven cherished grandchildren. All funeral arrangements including private visitation and burial have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
