Mary Podstupka, age 90, of Shoreham, New York passed away peacefully after her long battle with dementia on August 31, 2020. Mary was born in Manhattan, New York on November 23, 1929. She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth Macerowska and Anthony Kolomytzky, her beloved husband, Alfred and sisters Olga Filla and Anna Grego, brothers (Kolomick) Anthony, William, Alexander, John, Joseph, Peter, Michael, Paul, and Zachary. Mary is survived by her dear sister,Theresa Kolomick and numerous loving nieces and nephews. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM. The cemetery social distancing requirements state that everyone wear masks and limits the number of people to ten in the chapel. An online guest book can be found at www.rockypointfuneralhome.com.
