Trini loved us all. I remember watching her knit. Then when I took it up, she was excited and happy that I did. Our Christmas traditional Spanish cookie is the montecado and she made them the best. We would have lively talks about our family and the stories she would tell, had us all laughing. She told us stories of Spain and Gibraltar and our heritage. Trini, May you Rest In Peace and dance with John and hug Scott.
