Antonia "Vangie" Russo, age 95, of Rocky Point, New York died Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Antonia was born August 30, 1926 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of the late Jose P. and the late Flor M. (Marrero) Villamil. She was employed by Banco Estado De Rio De Janeiro as an Assistant Comptroller. She is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Russo,one daughter, Frances (Robert)Rizzotto and one son, Anthony (Maggie)Russo, Jr. She also has three cherished grandchildren, Jazman Russo, Kaya Russo,and Elle Russo. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Cremation will be private. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be at a later date at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, Rocky Point with inurnment at Calverton National Cemetery to follow.
