James D. Lowman, age 70, of Rocky Point, New York died Monday, February 28, 2022. James was born May 23, 1951 in London, England. He is the son of the late David and the late Dorothy (Stevens) Lowman. He was employed by Long Island Cares, Hauppauge, New York as a Warehouse Manager. He is survived by his beloved wife Carol (Ramsey) Lowman. James is also the loving brother of Patricia Beatty and John Lowman both of England. All arrangements including private cremation have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
