Obituary of Carole Frances Wyer

Carole Frances Wyer, age 76, of Middle Island died Thursday, September 22, 2022.  Carole was born May 19, 1946 in Greenport, NY. She is the daughter of the late Conrad and the late Frances (Tomaszewski) Bagenski.  Carole grew up on manor hill in Cutchogue ny. On her family farm.  Her grandparents purchased the homestead and farm in 1915, when her father was 5.The homestead still remains owned and occupied by  family today. She loved all the history that was connected to it and it's surrounding areas. She especially loved as a child riding "up lot" and exploring with her older brother in his lot car. She raised her four children on the farms property as well. Where they got to experience many similar adventures.She was a stay at home Mom who always doted on her children and family. She later remarried and moved with her loving husband Harry to Middle Island where she resided till present.Her love for her husband,children,step children, grand and great grandchildren,extended family and her dog Missy was endless. She will be deeply missed by all.  She is survived by her devoted husband, Harry Joseph Wyer Sr. , two daughters: Renee Kaelin-Reeve of Jamesport, NY, and Brenda Corrigan of Cutchogue, NY and her son, Gerard (Laurie) Kaelin,Jr. of Aquebogue, NY.  Her step daughter, Dawn O'Sullivan of Rocky Point, NY and two step sons, Harry Joseph Wyer, Jr. of Florida and Michael Wyer of Miller Place, NY.   She also has thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.  Carole is also survived by her brother, Conrad (Kathryn) of Texas and her cherished pet, Missy.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Tuesday, September 27 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.  Burial will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be Monday, September 26 from 4 PM - 8 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.   An online guestbook can be found at www.rockypointfuneralhome.com.
